Release notes for Qloud Margin Control v1.0 (November 2024).

The first release of Qloud Margin Control, bringing profitability and cost management to NetSuite transactions.

Highlights

• Landed Cost — budget, allocate, bill and reconcile additional costs (freight, duties, taxes) on inbound purchases, with configurable calculation, allocation and PO-creation methods.

• Sales Cost — apply cost changes to sales transactions using flexible processing methods (line item, discount, rate change, or GL posting), including a custom GL plug-in.

• Budgets & Filters — define a cost rule once and auto-apply it to the right transactions using item, transaction-body and transaction-line filters.

• Variance handling — compare budgeted vs actual costs and post the difference using primary and secondary variance methods.

• Multi-currency — track budgeted and billed amounts across transaction, source and base currencies.

Qloud Margin Control requires the TradeQloud Setup app to be installed and licensed first. See Prerequisites.
