# v1.0 (Nov 2024)

The first release of **Qloud Margin Control**, bringing profitability and cost management to NetSuite transactions.

## Highlights

* **Landed Cost** — budget, allocate, bill and reconcile additional costs (freight, duties, taxes) on inbound purchases, with configurable calculation, allocation and PO-creation methods.
* **Sales Cost** — apply cost changes to sales transactions using flexible processing methods (line item, discount, rate change, or GL posting), including a custom GL plug-in.
* **Budgets & Filters** — define a cost rule once and auto-apply it to the right transactions using item, transaction-body and transaction-line filters.
* **Variance handling** — compare budgeted vs actual costs and post the difference using primary and secondary variance methods.
* **Multi-currency** — track budgeted and billed amounts across transaction, source and base currencies.
