# v1.1 (Jun 2026)

The **v1.1** release builds on the foundations of v1.0 with a major focus on **Sales Cost** flexibility — editable sales costs, bulk processing across many transactions and richer budget filtering — alongside platform-wide licensing, performance and GL-impact improvements.

## New features

* **Sales Cost editing** — sales costs applied to a transaction can now be reviewed and adjusted directly, backed by dedicated transaction Sales Cost, allocation and impact records that keep budgeted, applied and posted amounts in sync. See [Sales Cost Processing Methods](/qloud-margin-control/using-qmc/setup-guides/sales-costs-setup/sales-cost-processing-methods.md).
* **Bulk processing for Sales Cost** — apply and reprocess sales costs across large volumes of transactions in a single background (Map/Reduce) run, with automatic re-application of the matching Sales Cost Budgets. Ideal for period-end catch-ups and back-dated rate changes.
* **Budget filter fields & CSV import** — Landed Cost Budget and Sales Cost Budget filters now expose dedicated fields that can be populated via CSV import, making it far quicker to load and maintain large sets of budget rules. * **Licensing & version management** — integrated FoodQloud / TradeQloud licensing with an enhanced app list, license-validation flow and release-tag confirmation. ## Enhancements

* **GL impact accuracy** — improved GL Impact behaviour for partial invoices and unique-key handling, so partial and multi-stage billing posts cleanly without duplicate or mismatched impact lines.
* **Custom Change Rate handling** — more reliable follow-up manipulation of Change Rate transaction lines when transactions are edited or re-resolved.
* **Performance & filtering** — a new caching mechanism, smarter query-string sourcing and execution measurement speed up filter evaluation on high-volume transactions.
* **Cleaner records** — Sales Cost and impact queries now omit inactive records, and orphaned transaction sales-cost impact records are cleaned up automatically.

## Fixes

* Numerous stability and accuracy fixes arising from customer testing, covering sales-cost allocation, variance posting and multi-currency edge cases.
