Every cost Qloud Margin Control applies is stored on dedicated NetSuite custom records, so your margin and cost data is fully available to NetSuite's standard reporting tools — nothing is hidden in a black box. ## Where the data lives

## Building reports You can surface this data with any NetSuite reporting tool: * **Saved Searches** on the Transaction Landed/Sales Cost and Allocation records — the quickest way to list costs, budgeted-vs-billed and variance by item, vendor, customer or period. * **Reports** (Report Builder) for summarised margin and cost analysis. * **SuiteAnalytics Workbook** for pivot-style margin analysis across dimensions.
