# Setup & Version Management

## Setup

The Setup page is the central hub of all TradeQloud functionality, holding key information for each application:

<div data-full-width="false"><figure><img src="/files/drnyN59dIJAjhlVxsLeL" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* **Licensed** — Is the application licensed? If checked, the application can be configured and used in your NetSuite instance.
* **Expiration** — The expiration date for the licence.
* **Installed Version** — The version currently installed in your NetSuite instance.
* **End of Support Date** — The end-of-support date for the installed version. If empty, the version is Leading or Lagging, is in support, and an end-of-support date has not yet been set.
* **Leading Version** — The most up-to-date version, thoroughly tested by TradeQloud.

For who can open the Setup record and how licensing is enforced, see [License Validation](/tradeqloud-setup/administrators-guide/license-validation.md) and [User Roles & Permissions](/tradeqloud-setup/administrators-guide/user-roles-and-permissions.md).

## Version Management

We are continually improving TradeQloud Apps for NetSuite to:

* Add new features and modules
* Improve performance
* Implement bug fixes

New versions are communicated by email, supported by release notes and version highlights.

Release notes can be found here: [Release Notes](/qloud-margin-control/release-notes.md).
